High-airflow finishing dries carpets in hours. Deodoriser applied on request.

What hot-water extraction actually lifts out.

Cream carpet rarely stains all at once — it greys. A traffic path wears in between the sofa and the door, the pile flattens under daily use, and the whole room dulls a shade at a time until you stop noticing it. Vacuuming takes the surface dust off; it does nothing for the soil sitting at the base of the fibre.

Pre-treatment loosens that build-up, then industrial hot-water extraction flushes it out and pulls the water back with it, so the pile lifts and the colour comes back even. Drag the slider across the middle of the floor and watch the traffic lane disappear.

  • Pet-safe pre-treatment on stains and traffic lanes
  • Hot-water extraction, not surface shampoo
  • Dry within 2–4 hours with high-airflow finishing

Common questions about carpet.

Can't see yours? Call 01647 279 079 — happy to chat it through.

How long until I can walk on the carpet?
Light foot-traffic in around 2 hours, full use in 4–6 hours. Open windows and we'll bring air-movers for stubborn rooms — much faster than a wet-shampoo finish.
Will it remove pet stains and odour?
Most of them, yes. We use enzyme-based pre-treatments that break the urine crystals at the base of the carpet fibre — not just mask the smell. For severe cases we'll quote a second pass.
Can you just do the stairs and landing?
Yes — we quote room-by-room, so a single hallway or just the stairs is fine. Most clients book lounge + stairs + landing as a starter package.
Do you clean sofas and dining chairs too?
Yes — upholstery cleaning uses the same hot-extraction principle on a hand-tool. Bookable as an add-on at the same visit.
